Hello everyone! Its pretty much been FOREVER since I was here and I'm really sorry about that! I really missed all of you! Sometimes, you can just get so caught up with life that things you care about start to fail. Here's to hoping I don't fail you all again! I'm here to tell you about some awesome new things happening in my world.

I live in Ohio, I'm engaged, and we're getting married next February! We're making our own outfits so you will get to see some amazing photos! My business rebranded! We're no longer Spooky Designs but the ultimately WAY cooler Spooky's Geek Boutique! With this awesome upgrade we have a fancy shmancy camera, a whole new line of clothing and accessories from before, and a fancy website where you can actually shop now! I know, awesome right? We're also planning a whole host of shows in 2016! I can't wait to share with you here again! I have so many photos just waiting to be uploaded!

*greets everyone warmly*

ANYWAY. I'm alive, I'm updating, and everything is okay. I have all sorts of new social media now! Its in my header so go check it out! I've also got a bunch of shows lined up for next year already! I've been accepted to Glass City Con and Shuto Con already. I put in my application to AlmaCon. I'm waiting currently to apply to Ohayocon, Anime Park, Ikasucon (maybe), Animarathon, BASHCon, and JAFAX. I would love to attend other cons in the "Mid West" area so if anyone has any suggestions, let me know! I love to look into new shows! I'm also interested in Pirate and non-anime/video game shows as well!

Speaking of expanding and such, we've opened up the door to a new menswear section! We started small with ties and bowties. The bowties have sold so fast that I have absolutely no pictures of them yet! Jeeze!! We're planning to make more soon. I will post pictures as soon as I can!

Speaking of photos, I'm going to be uploading a lot. I know I can set up scheduled photos and all but I have so many to upload that dumping them for now is going to be the best way. I'm starting with the newest ones because the rest are on my old hard drive and I have to dig through it. So enjoy the newer items! Some of which I still have for sale!

Before I forget, thanks to my coworker, I found a way to make my earrings and rings allergy free! With this resin based agent I can cover them in. Sadly, my bracelets and necklaces are usually too involved for this new thing I'm doing. I will seek alternate options soon. But hey! I'm taking a step in the right direction to help out my metal allergy folks. I understand allergies, I have a lot of them. Its tough. And I absolutely want to do my best to cater to you and everyone else! Baby steps but we're getting there!!! I promise!

I have a lot more news to share but I'm getting sleepy. More on that later!

P.S. I'll be reopening my etsy store soon to make a second attempt. Any questions, comments, etc? I'd love input to make it better!

I've got a new laptop!!

I also got engaged last month! Lots of things happening! I'm designing a website for a friend of mine sometime soon. I'll definitely post a link when I get it finished! I'll also be uploading more frequently now and using dA's brand new post scheduler so I don't flood inboxes too badly. For now just know that I'm not dead and you'll get to see a lot of cool new stuff!

Hello World!! I'm not dead!

But my computer is! Hooray! (Not actually hooray, it is really distressing) I'm writing to you from my boyfriend's laptop. He lives with me now! And we have cats! And I have an office!

I've got a lot of things to update with and I will do so if I can! I will be posting photos of some brand new products I will be offering at most of the conventions I have booth space for in 2013.

So far my line up is:
Animarathon in Bowling Green, OH; March 23rd
Shuto Con in Lansing, MI; April 5th-7th
JAFAX at GVSU in Allendale, MI; June 22nd and 23rd

Cool FAQ: Those earrings were made by me! They're 00G too! I can do custom plugs from 14G to 5/8" out of horn so let me know! I intend to start casting some acrylic ones at some point this year too!

Things! And stuff!

Youmacon went pretty awesome. I was the Roxy on Friday and Saturday in the purple and black derse-ish ballgown. I WANTED TO BE A LAYERCAKE. SO I MADE IT HAPPEN. Being a cake is exhausting. When I get my nice picture back from Blue Dragon Media I'll post it here.

In other news, I'm moving in with my boyfriend! We're just moving less than a block down the road to a new, bigger, nicer, FANCIER apartment! I'm excited to finally have a real office to make things in. Then my business doesn't have to be so scattered. That is why I've been so lacking in updates over here. I have so much done and so much to do. Not to mention but my supah moe kawaii sugoi boyfran (that was a retarded joke, I promise) has some really pawesome ideas for new products. We might try opening an etsy store again!

For now, that is down the road a ways. I am however have a shindig at my apartment December 8th. If I know you personally and you want in, I can send you an invite. Just let me know!
